وكانت صواريخ أطلقتها مروحيات تابعة للأمم المتحدة والقوات الفرنسية دمرت جزئيا المقر الذي يتحصن فيه غباغبو، بعد وقت قصير من تهديد للأمين العام الأممي باستخدام "جميع الوسائل الضرورية" لوقف استخدام غباغبو الأسلحة الثقيلة.

وقال أهوا دون ميلو المتحدث باسم حكومة غباغبو "تواصل مروحيات الأمم المتحدة والقوات الفرنسية إطلاق النيران على مقر إقامة الرئيس الذي دمر جزئيا".

وأضاف "ينبعث منه دخان كثيف لكن ليست لدينا تفاصيل أخرى بخصوص الضرر". ورفض ميلو القول ما إذا كان غباغبو موجودا فيب المقر حين تم قصفه.

ووفق المتحدث باسم البعثة الأممية بساحل العاج حمدون توريه، فإن الهجوم يستهدف "إبطال مفعول الأسلحة الثقيلة" التي سمحت طلعات الاستطلاع باكتشافها والتي تستخدمها قوات غباغبو "ضد المدنيين والأمم المتحدة".

وكما قال في بيان "استمرار استخدام الأسلحة الثقيلة ضد المدنيين وقوات حفظ السلام التابعة لنا وكذا مهاجمة مقر قيادة الحكومة الشرعية أجبرني من جديد على إصدار تعليمات للقوات الدولية باستخدام جميع الوسائل الضرورية لمنع استخدام هذه الأسلحة بما يتسق مع قراري مجلس الأمن 1975 لعام 2011 و1962".

الفنانة اللبنانية اليسا تعود الى التالق بفستانها الاسود

شهدت المدينة الجميلة والراقية مدينة دبي حضور ملفت الانظار للفنانة اللبنانية إليسا على جمهورها في دبي، في حفل جمعها مع المطرب العراقي ماجد المهندس، في أحد الفنادق الكبرى؛ حيث قدمت عددًا من أجمل أغنياتها.

واكدت اليسا تالقها بفستانها الاسود الجميل الذي أظهر أناقتها وجذب إليها أنظار المعجبين، فيما أطربت الجمهور على أنغام أغنياتها التي تفاعل الجمهور الحاضر معها بشكل لافت. ومن الأغاني التي قدَّمتها خلال الحفل "ع بالي حبيبي"، و"بتمون"، و"أجمل إحساس".
وبعد تقديم إليسا فقراتها الغنائية، قدَّم المهندس وصلته الغنائية، فأطرب الجمهور على أنغام "أتوسل بيك"، و"الميجانا"، و"أقدر"، و"شلونك حبيبي"، ليتبعها بعد ذلك بموال وأغنية "جنة جنة"، و"روحي بلقاك" وغيرها من الأغنيات التي شهدت حماس الجمهورو انصاته لها بحب.

عبير صبري غاضبة من مسلسل اهل الهوى

بان على جوهرة التلفاز المصري و محبوبة العرب وجميلة الفنانين عبير صبري حالة من الغضب سيطرت عليها بسبب عدم توضيح الجهة المنتجة لمسلسل «أهل الهوى» الذي كانت مرشحة لبطولته عن مصير العمل، وهو ما يعطلها عن الارتباط بأعمال أخرى في الوقت الحالي.وكانت عبير صبري قد اعتذرت عن اكثر من مسلسل لارتباطها بهذا العمل الذي لا تعرف حتى الآن هل سيصوَّر ام يؤجل إلى العام المقبل كما هو مصير العديد من الأعمال التلفزيونية والسينمائية.المسلسل كان قد اعتذر عنه الفنان الأردني اياد نصار وتوقف التحضير فيه بسبب الظروف الانتاجية الصعبة التي تواجهها الدراما المصرية في الوقت الحالي، مما أجّل أكثر من مشروع فني إلى وقت غير محدد وغير مسمى.

الفنانة اللبنانية هيفاء وهبي بوجه اخر

اكدت مصادرنا الموثوقة ان الفنانة الجميلة دو الشعبية الكبيرة السيدة هيفاء وهبي التي شاركت يوم الجمعة الفائت في السهرة الثانية من "ستار أكاديمي" رفضت الوقوف لالتقاط الصور مع نادي معجبيها بعد خروجها من الاستديو. وكان الـ "الفن كلوب" الخاص بها حضر منذ وقت باكر لمشاهدتها، ووقف ينتظر خروجها لإلقاء التحية والتقاط الصور معها كما يفعل عادة في كل البرامج التي تشارك فيها النجمة اللبنانية. وهو الأمر الذي أثار استغراب عدد كبير من معجبين الفنانة اللبنانية من الحضور الذي فوجئ بتصرف هيفا مع محبيها، وخصوصاً أنّها أول مرة يصدر عنها هذا التصرف.وكانت هيفا قد أطلت في "ستار أكاديمي 8" بثلاث إطلالات أثارت إعجاب المشاهدين، وخصوصاً الفستان الأخير الذي بدت فيها متألقة وقدّمت أغنيتها الجديدة الجميلة "اسمعني".يذكر أنّ هيفا انتهت من تسجيل أغنية للأطفال بعنوان "ماما" تستعد لطرحها قريباً. بينما قررت تأجيل طرح ألبومها الجديد الى حد غير مسمى بسبب الأوضاع والثورات المتنقلة في الدول العربية لحد لان.

الشيخ المغراوي في استقبال حار من 500 شخصا بمدينة مراكش

اكد محبوب العرب السيد المحترم الشيخ المغراوي, رئيس جمعية الدعوة الى القرآن والسنة بالمدينة الحمراء مراكش، وصاحب فتوى زواج الصغيرة، العودة إلى المغرب من منفاه الاختياري بالسعودية.

وتجمع ليلة امس نحو 500 شخص من المنتسبين إلى التيار السلفي بمطار مراكش المنارة، وبعد ساعة من الانتظار، تم إخبار الحاضرين بتأجيل شركة الخطوط السعودية لرحلتها، حيث ينتظر أن يصل مساء اليوم.

وشهد المطار حضورا رجال امن , بزي مدني، كما شوهد أحد رجال الأمن وهو يصور الحاضرين بكاميرا رقمية. وأثار المئات من المنتسبين إلى التيار السلفي الانتباه بالمطار، بارتدائهم للزي التقليدي، بينما قاموا بشكل جماعي بأداء صلاة العشاء بساحة مرآب المطار.

وكانت فتوى المغراوي، خلفت إغلاق عدد من دور القرآن، وأثارت زوبعة بالمغرب، وشهد ملف إغلاق دور القرآن تطورات قضائية مثيرة، إذ قضت المحكمة الابتدائية بإلغاء قرار الإغلاق، إلا أن محكمة الاستئناف ألغت قرار المحكمة الابتدائية، وشهد مقر جمعية الدعوة إلى القرآن والسنة، حركة غير عادية صبيحة الجمعة الماضية، إذ وبعد أن أبلغ مسؤولون الجمعية بقرار الوالي السماح لهم شفويا بإعادة فتح دار القرآن، عاد ليبلغهم شفويا بضرورة الإغلاق إلى أجل وغير محدد.

الشعب المغربي يطالب اتصالات المغرب بتحسين خدماتها

المغاربة يطالبون اتصالات المغرب بتحسبن حدماتها بشعار : " جميعا ضد اتصالات المغرب لكي تحسن خدماتها" أسس مجموعة من المواطنين المغاربة صفحة اجتماعية على الموقع الاجتماعي الشهير و الرائع "فايس بوك" ، وذلك من أجل الاحتجاج على تردي خدماتها ، وغلاء أثمنتها ، سواءا على مستوى الهاتف النقال أو على صعيد خدمة الأنترنيت . ليس غريبا أن يكون المدير العام لاتصالات المغرب الأعلى راتبا مقارنة مع باقي المدراء العامين للمؤسسات سواءا منها العمومية أو الخصوصية في المغرب بشكل خاص وبالعالم العربي على وجه العموم ، فمؤسسة عبد السلام أحيزون تربح الملايير سنويا ، وقد وصل دخله الصافي سنة 2009 إلى 1,45 مليون أورو . احتجاج سليم لشباب 20 فبراير بمدينة وجدة

قام اكثر من ثلاثة آلاف وجديا، بعد ظهر اليوم، ضمن المسيرة التي جابت طول شارع محمد الخامس بعاصمة الجهة الشرقية تلبية لدعوة تنسيقية شباب 20 فبراير.. وقد رصد تواجد عدد من الأوجه الجمعوية الحقوقية والسياسية ضمن هذه الخرجة المؤكدة على وجوب الاستجابة الكاملة لمطالب الإصلاح الشامل والمنادية بضرورة تفعيل "إجراءات ثقة" عبر حل الحكومة والبرلمان وإطلاق سراح السياسيين والحقوقيين المعتقلين.

انطلقت المسيرة السلمية للمدينة المحبوبة وجدة من "ساحة البلدية" بتعداد سارع في التنامي عقب انضمام مواطنين من الجنسين ومن مختلف الشرائح العمرية، كما رفعت شعارات مطالبة بالكرامة والعدالة زيادة على شعارات أخرى مطالبة بالشروع الفوري في محاربة الفساد والمفسدين و"الإقالة السريعة" لوالي الجهة الشرقية الحالي.. إلا أن أبرز مواعيد المسيرة تمثلت في وقوف المحتجين أمام مقر حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة بوجدة مع اتهام "البام" بالبلطجة.

موعد شباب 20 فبراير بوجدة روفق بغياب تام للعناصر الأمنية التي اكتفت برجال الاستعلامات والديستي وأعوان السلطة في مراقبة الوضع، كما اختتم باعتصام إنذاري فعّل أمام مقر ولاية الجهة الشرقية بوجدة بذات شارع محمد الخامس، وهو الاعتصام الذي دام لثلات ساعات و نصف قبل انتهائه.

تعادل منطيقي للدربي البيضاوي

مقابلة الرجاء و الوداد (دربي المغرب) ال110 انتهت بالتعادل هدفا لمثله ضمن لقاء الدي اجري اليوم مع الساعة 5:33 بملعب المركب الرياضي محمد الخامس بالدار البيضاء والمحسوب على الدورة 24 من بطولة القسم الوطني الأول للنخبة في كرة القدم .. وكان فريق الوداد سباقا للتسجيل عن طريق عبد الرحيم بنكوجان في الدقيقة 69، فيما أدرك الرجاء التعادل بواسطة حسن الطير في الدقيقة 77.

وقد اتضح من منذ انطلاقة المباراة, التي أدارها الحكم بوشعيب الأحرش الدي قدم مبارة في المستوى وجل قرارته كانت صائبة, أن مجموعتي المدربين امحمد فاخر وفخر الدين رجحي عازمتان على الخروج من هذا اللقاء بنقاط الفوز الثلاث، وذلك من خلال انتشارهما الجيد على المستطيل الأخضر وبسط سيطرتهما على وسط الميدان والمبادرة إلى نقل الخطر إلى معترك الفريق الآخر.

وكانت الدقائق الأولى من التباري عبارة عن فترة لجس النبض, حيث اقتصر اللعب على تبادل الكرات بأسلوب فرجوي في وسط الميدان مع تراجع نسبي لعناصر الرجاء إلى الخلف بتكوين جدارين دفاعيين يصعب اختراقهما.. خوفا من تلقي شباكهم لهدف مبكر يصعب من مأموريته، وكانت أخطر محاولات التسجيل للوداد في الدقيقة الخامسة بعد تمريرة في العمق إلى أيوب سكومة الذي راوغ ثلاثة مدافعين ودخل منطقة العمليات لكنه فقد توازنه وأضاع فرصة ذهبية، ثم محاولة أخرى في الدقيقة 17 من الجهة اليمنى بواسطة أيوب الخالفي.. لكن الحارس الجرموني تدخل وأخرج الكرة إلى الزاوية .

وعقب هذه المحاولات التي باءت بالفشل بسبب التسرع وعدم التركيز, انتفضت عناصر فريق الرجاء البيضاوي وخرجت من تقوقعها وبدأت تهدد بشكل جدي مرمى الحارس نادر المياغري.. وكانت أخطرها بواسطة رشيد السليماني من الجهة اليسرى لكن قذفته مرت محاذية لمرمى فريق الوداد وقد تلتها محاولة أخرى بواسطة المخضرم بوشعيب لمباركي الذي كان نشيطا وسط الميدان والجهة اليسرى .. وكانت أحسن لقطة في المباراة هي التسديدة القوية من داخل المربع من رجل الرجاوي ياسين الصالحي خلال الدقيقة 44 من الشوط الأول، لكن تدخل نادر المياغري كان أروع بعد أن أخرج كل ما في جعبته لإنقاذ مرماه من هدف محقق.

وباشر فريق الوداد الشوط الثاني بنفس إيقاع الشوط الأول، حيث بادر إلى الهجوم بشكل مكثف في محاولة لتسجيل هدف السبق.. لكنه اصطدم بفريق مشاكس واجه هذا الاندفاع بملء وسط الميدان وتحصين خط الدفاع.. وكانت أبرز محاولة في هذا الشوط لفريق الرجاء البيضاوي، في الدقيقة 50، على إثر هجوم منسق من الجهة اليمنى بواسطة بوشعيب المباركي الذي مرر كرة على طبق من ذهب لياسين الصالحي سددها بقوة لكن تصدى لها الحارس المياغري بطريقة رائعة .

وعلى إثر ضربة ركنية نفذها نجم الوداد أحمد أجدو بطريقة الكبار من الجهة اليمنى اقتنصها المدافع عبد الرحيم بنكوجان برأسية بديعة ليسكنها في شباك الحارس طارق الجرموني معلنا عن هدف السبق في الدقيقة 69، لكن سوء حظ جعل فريق الوداد يكمل المباراة بعشرة لاعبين بعد طرد سعيد فتاح خلال الدقيقة 74 لجمعه إنذارين.. ولم ينتظر فريق الرجاء البيضاوي طويلا بعد هذا الهدف، حيث كثف من هجماته في محاولة منه لإرباك الخصم ودفعه إلى ارتكاب أخطاء أو خشونة متعمدة، وهو ما تأتى له بعد إسقاط أحد مهاجميه في الدقيقة 77، ولم يتردد الحكم الأحرش في الإعلان عن ضربة خطأ مباشرة على مشارف مربع العمليات سددها حسن الطير بذكاء في شباك الحارس نادر المياغري , مدركا التعادل الذي كان منصفا للفريقين معا .

وكان فريق الرجاء يمني النفس بالفوز في هذا اللقاء لرد دين الذهاب وانتزاع الصدارة، غير أن هذه النتيجة جعلته ينفرد بالمركز الثاني بمجموع 42 نقطة بفارق نقطة واحدة عن المتصدر, فيما كان الوداد يسعى إلى تحقيق نتيجة إيجابية يعزز بها موقعه ضمن الخمسة الأوائل.. وهو ما تأتى له بعد أن بات يحتل المركز الخامس بمجموع 35 نقطة ضمن سبورة الترتيب الحالي اي المؤقت.

واخيرا:الحكومة تستجيب للشعب

صخاء الحكومة المغربية ياتي اخيرا بعدما اكدت بزيادة 500 درهم إلى أجور جميع موظفي الدولة ابتداء من شهر يوليوز 2011، مع رفع الحد الأدنى للأجور بالقطاع الخاص بنسبة 10%، ورفع الحد الأدنى للمعاشات من 600 درهم إلى 1000 درهم، بالإضافة إلى الرفع من نسبة حصيص (كوطا) الترقية إلى 30% سنة 2011 و 33% سنة 2012 مع اعتماد السلم المتحرك لأول مرة في المغرب بزيادة أتوماتيكية في الأجور بنسبة بنسبة 2% كل سنة.

هذه الافكار اقترحت لدا الحكومة خلال لقاء عقده عباس الفاسي الوزير الاول مساء أمس السبت 9 أبريل 2011 مع قيادة نقابة الاتحاد الوطني للشغل بالمغرب لكاتبها العام محمد يتيم، بحضور الطيب الشرقاوي وزير الداخلية وصلاح الدين مزوار وزير المالية وجمال أغماني وزير التشغيل وسعد العلمي وزير تحديث القطاعات العامة ونزار البركة وزير الشؤون الاقتصادية والعامة.

كما اقترحت حكومة الفاسي على نقابة يتيم إحداث درجات جديدة مع ربطها برفع سن التقاعد إلى 62 سنة، والرفع من الحد الأدنى للمعاش المصروف من طرف الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي بنسبة 33% ابتداء من فاتح يوليوز، مع مراجعة قانون الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي بالنسبة للمؤمّنين الذين لا يتوفرون على 3240 يوما من التأمين، ولتمكين فئات أخرى من الاستفادة من منافع الضمان الاجتماعي وفي مرحلة أولى لفائدة مهنيي النقل الحاملين للبطاقة المهنية- أزيد من 300ألف مهني- وأجراء الصيد الساحلي التقليدي-حوالي 45ألف مستفيد-، كما سجلت قيادة النقابة المشار إليها تجاوب الحكومة مع إحداث تأمين لصالح الأجراء في حالة إفلاس المقاولة المعرضة للتصفية القضائية والمالية، وتعهدها بإخراج قانون التعويض عن فقدان الشغل، وموافقتها على مطلب المركزيات النقابية بوضع الاتفاقيات الدولية رقم 87 حول الحريات النقابية ورقم 102 حول الضمان الاجتماعي ورقم 141 حول منظمات العمال الزراعيين قيد المصادقة، وموافقتها على مراجعة الفصل 288 من القانون الجنائي، والتزامها باستكمال إصدار النصوص التطبيقية لمدونة الشغل وبالتسوية النهائية لملف متقاعدي وذوي حقوق مستخدمي الوكالة المستقلة للنقل الحضري بالدار البيضاء مع توقيع محضر التسوية الأسبوع المقبل.

وبدا محمد يتيم الكاتب العام للاتحاد الوطني للشغل بالمغرب غير راضٍ على العرض الحكومي رغم إقراره بايجابية عدد من المقترحات، مؤكدا في تصريح خصت به "خبيرة1" أن نقابته ستتدارس العرض في هيآتها التقريرية وسوف تحدد الموقف المناسب منه، مشددا على أن نقابته ما تزال تنتظر ردودا حول ملفات "لا يمكن التنازل عنها" أجملها يتيم في ملف الترقية الاستثنائية التي لم يستجب لها العرض الحكومي، وتحسين الأجور أكثر مما اقترحته الحكومة أحذا بعين الاعتبار تخفيض الضريبة على الدخل، والزيادة أيضا في الكوطا المقترحة للترقية. وردا على سؤال بخصوص استدعاء نقابته من طرف الوزير الأول لاجتماع لم يكن مقررا، قال الزعيم النقابي إن المهم عنده هو أن تتحقق المطالب الأساسية للشغيلة المغربية.

وعلم الموقع أن اجتماعات أخرى ستُعقد ابتداء من الاثنين 11 أبريل 2011 مع باقي النقابات الأكثر تمثيلية لاطلاعها على الخطط الجديدة للعرض الحكومي قبل الإعلان عنه مباشرة.

عمدة مدينة طنجة اكد على انه يفعل كل مايدور في راسه

اخفى السيد فؤاد العماري محبوب وعمدة مدينة طنجة كل ما صدر من اقوال عن تعرضه لضغوطات من جهات عليا بخصوص عقدة شركة التدبير المفوض "أمانديس" للماء والكهرباء بمدينة طنجة، موضحا أنه لا يستمع لراي اي واحد وأن مجلس المدينة سيتخذ موقفه من "أمانديس" بتنسيق مع فعاليات المجتمع المدني وساكنة المدينة الرائعة و الجميلة.
واكد العمدة في حوار مع "خبيرة1" أن فسخ عقدة "أمانديس" لا يتطلب منه سوى الإمضاء الذي لا يساوي "قشرة بصلة" على حد تعبيره، لكنه حذر من تبعات الفسخ من طرف واحد وهو ما يستوجب أداء 220 مليار سنتيم للشركة الفرنسية.

وحول موقفه من العمدة السابق سمير عبد المولى، اعتبر العماري استقالة عبد المولى من الأصالة والمعاصرة موقفا شجاعا، مؤكدا أن عراقيل كثيرة وُضعت أمام العمدة السابق كي لا تنجح تجربته.

وأكد العماري في الحوار ذاته أنه لازال متشبثا بوعده بتقديم استقالته من عمودية طنجة إذا فقد الأغلبية من الناحية السياسية أو العددية، واعتبر أن شراء الذمم وشراء المستشارين لا يعتبر فقدانا للأغلبية وإنما عبثا سياسيا يستدعي تدخل القضاء للفصل فيه.

هذا ولم تزعج عبارة "البام ديكاج" ، فؤاد العماري الذي ينشط حزبيا كمنسق جهوي لحزب الأصالة والمعاصرة بجهة طنجة تطوان.

وبين السبد فؤاد العماري أن الشعار التي رفعه متظاهرو 20 فبراير، لا يعدو كونه صورة "البام" في وسائل الإعلام، أما "البام" على أرض الواقع – يقول فؤاد: فهو حزب عاد جدا يشتغل بوسائل عادية وبديمقراطية وشفافية غير مكتملة .
